I just want it all to stop I'm tired of people putting him down. It really hurts. No human being deserves to be treated that way, especially one who's already had so much hell in his life. If I don't defend him, who will?

 

yeah I know it sucks... I was at a forum too where everybody was bashing Kurt Cobain... So I know how it feels when people shit on your idols... But don't listen to them, if you think he's the best guy the world has ever seen, then he damn well is the best guy the world has ever seen It all comes down to what you think, not others

And I know you can have personal feelings for a "celeb", like I have for Kurt... So my advise, don't get so mad about it, everybody will just shit even more on ya.. Just hold on to what you know

 

Good Idea. Axl is my idol, yes my HERO. I think he's strong, beautiful and talented, and I don't care what anyone else thinks.

 

last comment im gonna make in this thread, people trash people in 3rd world countries much more than anyone has trashed axl or kurt. people in america constantly look down upon 3rd world countries like america is better than them. even in the countries themselves there is much more violence and death in them so they need much more people defending them than any celebrity. you post was not thought out at all

 

Well, I'm just going to say, having many people defending you actually may not have as much positive effect on you as you'd like when you're suffering from severe trauma. I don't think you can really compare the third world countries to Axl. If you ask me, neither is in the worse state than the other. Each person feels her/his crisis is different, though, one may feel as though the world is about to end while another may look at the same situation as nothing more than a slight downer. It isn't fair to ridicule one's crisis just because you think it isn't as bad as one thinks. To that person, it might as well be the end of the world.

Just a thought.

if someone dislikes axl, you have no right and in the end you have no power to change someones opinion. that´s the way it is supposed to be.

i will honestly tell you i don´t like the music of guns n roses and i don´t like their image either. but i do like nirvana and kurt cobain. if you read back you´ll see you were one of the first persons to critizise kurt cobain in a very unsensitive way which would hurt a lot of fans and than someone started criticizing one of your idols and you became mad immediatly. you have made your point

I criticized Kurt Cobain for that hurtful comment he made to Axl after his baby died at birth. Axl had always wanted kids of his own, and it was devastating. To have someone make a joke out of it? I had a good reason.

 

and axl never made hurtful comments either? come on, he threatened kurts wife. i think thats worse than someone making an ass comment.

and no, sadly i have not heard Sgt Peppers. ive never been a huge Beatles fan. the way i see it, they are so big and stuff because the changed music forever, not for their musical talent.
