I am nearly 100% sure that my next piercing will be my nipples.currently have 2 piercings in each earlobe, nostril, and belly button. Nostril was relatively painless but my last belly button hurt like hell! I think that was because I had pierced it 10 years prior and they went through scar tissue. The first time I had it pierced I did not even feel it but this last time it felt horrible! So that leads me to my question..on a scale of 1 to 10 how painful are the nips? I know the first one won't be too bad because of the adrenLine but the second one scares me. I don't do piercings for the pain, I do them for the look so I don't want a tremendous amount of pain.
Pain is very subjective. 1-10? my 5 might be your 10. I got one nipple pierced (I didn't want both done) and it hurt a lot for about 5 seconds and ached a fair bit for a few days. I was aware of feeling it for a few weeks but now I don't notice it unless I'm being stimulated. If you're worried about the pain of the second piercing get two technicians to pierce you simultaneously like they do for kids ears. Jessmart is right too, you need to be thorough with aftercare. I'm also considering nipple piercing at the moment, and I think variant wth two technicians is exactly for me)
I already have two piercings and I really love them, but I would never pierce my nipples :/ I find it very attractive though, but I am simply too afraid to do it and I cant imagine the pain it would cause… but I do have respect for you guys and your bravery! My next piercing will only be another earring
They wern't so bad for me, and I had to get one redone 3 times due to the piercer not positioning it properly, and the second and third time didn't hurt anymore than the first.
The first nipple didn't hurt for me, but the second one took me by surprise. Maybe try getting them on different days? Or, like ST said do them both at the exact same time. Never did that, but I heard it helps with the pain, becuase the brain can't process it as fast as it's being done. I would say my navel piercing hurt a lot more than my nipple piercings. I had to get my navel redone twice, and both times I cried. I legit cried. But, both my nipple piercings were fairly easy to handle. One more like pressure, and the other a shocking sting. I miss my nipple piercings. The only thing I don't miss is my nipples being enact all the time. So, most likely I won't get them done for that reason. I will probably get my septum, nostril, and tongue redone, though. Maybe my navel becuase it has a scar that I want to cover up. Oh, oh and my genitals again. Not all four that I used to have. Probably just one, or both the VCH and triangle. No more ear piercings, though. Those things are the worse to take care of.
