Looking at the title I thought: "What's the bet it's a Nike bashing thread". I wasn't dissapointed, good to see, that company is just plain bad news. I like boots myself, and there are some seriously talented shoe makers in my town, so for the same price as a generic Nike Hot Air, you can get a custom shoe made to fit your feet in whatever crazy design your heart is hankering after. Trust me, the wait is worth it, and as a bonus you're supporting a local industry.

I preffer Puma, but Nike makes some nice Basketball shoes... I'd still go with AND1 on those though... and child labour... ha! It's a good thing.

If I wear sport shoes (don't happen that often ) it's always ADIDAS and my sportsocks are ADIDAS as well.
I like the way there shoes look so I buy them. Sometimes I dont. I could care less if their made by children.
Fuck nike and there bullshit. The owner of the company has never even stepped foot in his own factories in the countries he places them in. He's a rich fucking ginger prick. I'd never give money to that piece of shit shoe/clothing line. They expect there workers to be making 60 shirts an hour, broken down to 7 cents a shirt. Thats 4.20 an hour of constant physical labor. Although, i do like pumas and addidas. I don't know about them, probably not much better than nike, but i doubt they are worse. And their shoes are actually comfortable.
