That's where you're wrong. He didn't just say ******. He's intentionally demeaning an entire race, and I think you're smart enough to be aware of that. Judging by the post you made about spinners etc, you're roughly on the same page as he is. Everything you mentioned is stereotypically bought by black men. Truth is, atleast where I live, it's bought just as much by white people as anybody else.

I stand partially corrected. You are correct in the fact that it is not for me to say what can and can't offend certain people. However the question of whether or not that makes me a racist is quite odd, even if you deemed it doesn't make me a racist. How would that, even hypothetically, make me a racist? I did not single out nor put down any race whatsoever...... You don't seem to be a logically inclined person by what I've read.

 

I have no issue with the N word itself. Black people use a modified version as a greeting/friendly term, and it is in itself a valid word of the English language.

I'm not trying to argue, but merely trying to understand the logic here. Me calling him a racist is a violation of the forum guidelines. More specifically, it is a personal attack on him because I have an opinion of him based on things he has said. On the other hand, for him to single out black people and make racial slurs based on stereotypes cannot be seen as unprovoked attacks on people of those races? Again, I was making a point on the intent of his post, not necessarily the verbage used within.

 

Id just let it go, logic isnt the issue at hand here.

 

I'm not going to let it go until somebody either stiffles me or gives me a decent explanation as to the general inconsistancies of what does and doesn't determine nonsensical attacks. For me to label somebody a 'racist' is against the rules. To lable somebody as a '******', is not. How is one any worse than the other? Fuck what's been talked about as far as racial slurs, why is my word worse than another word if we don't regulate against free speach?
