isnt it intresting how so many want to costantly blame islam yet dont ever talk about the west involment of 60,000 civilans killed or injured in iraq and afganastan. only the other day 70 children where killed in a usa airstrike. yet the media didnt cover that at all. and i dont see much outraged about that online. but hay easy to blame and have a opinion when the boombs are not droping on you. i seen first hand the devestation of booth iraq and syria and next month i leave for gaza. in my ten year of working in the middle east and with victims of the wars. it isnt just onesided as so many belive.
The Jihads of Islam have claimed about 200,000,000 (yeah, two hundred MILLION) lives throughout history (an extremely conversative estimate). Probably way more. Why don't we talk more about that then? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-QCWsKyer8 Mel: You can't seperate it. No one is off the hook. But isn't it weird that the moment we try and talk about the Jihadi elephant in the room, the likely source of the real end of the human race as we know it, we suddenly feel morally compelled to turn around and throw some dirt on some of the lesser actors in this drama? Why can't we just, for once, just talk about the big guy. The one around which this all revolves. You know, christians are persecuted all over the world, and you don't see them gunning down women and children every few weeks. Buddhists are marginalized and oppressed, when's the last time a buddhist drove a truck through hundreds of civilians in a country halfway across the world? When's the last time you saw Israel detonate one of its MANY nuclear bombs against the muslim forces that seek to literally drive all jews into the ocean? On the Day of Judgement in Islam (one of the core tenets of islam) Allah tells his muslims that even the rocks will cry out "Lo muslim! There is a jew hiding behind me! Cut off his head!" Could this kind of insane psychopathic drivel have ANYTHING AT ALL to do with the chaos and bloodshed that has defined the middle east for hundreds of years before the USA even became a sovereign nation? Believe me, whether we involve ourselves in the middle east or not, they are coming for you. They are coming and they will gladly die if it means killing you. You can waste your time worrying about whether or not you did enough to placate them, about whether or not you've offended their delicate sensibilities, about whether or not this or that's presidents foreign policy choices were the most ideal, but to say you're comparing apples and oranges is a gross understatement.
The Nice locals made a little memorial for the truck driver on the exact spot where he was shot dead. http://www.cnn.com/videos/world/2016/07/20/nice-france-trash-hate-memorial-mohamed-bouhlel-orig.cnn
Aaaand today - Syrian refugee (21 years old) killed a pregnant woman with machete, and injured two more people. The perpetrator once again is not Klaus or Hans or Peter or Jörg. This doesn't mean I am not aware of the fact that many people are being killed in Middle East today, but it is completely natural and human to pay more attention to the killings of people closer to you.
Suicide bombing in Germany today. Hide your kids, hide your wife. All in all though, Germany brought this upon itself. Still, it's in no way pretty.
