so anyone else like american football?? what's your fav team(s)

mine is det lions. i am originally from flint,MI area, so i grew up watching them.

only nfl team to lose all games in a season. that was a hard season to watch lol

i think they are going to be good this year though.

AND, i hate the steelers and patriots. just thought i'd put that in there

 

Vikings fan here. Born and raised in Minnesota so it comes with the territory. As such, I was bred to hate the Packers.

 

Big Patriots fan here but with Wes Welker gone and both TE's out, one through injury and the other guy killed someone (execution style) our offense took a major hit

49ers fan, last year was difficult with the loss in the Super Bowl.

So far we already have injuries to 2 key players in WR Michael Crabtree and LB Patrick Willis. I'm hoping that the injury bug just happens to be striking the 49ers early rather than this being a sign of the season.

 

da ravens didn't win, we whooped they ass 44 to 17 I heard on the train yesterday... couldn't find the game on tv just the dc game pissed me off but it must have been some kind broadcast conflict with the times and channels

 

Redskins fan, and I'm hoping this season is even more exciting than the last.

I can't stand Tebow either. It's horrible because he went to the high school in my community, so all I hear about is Tebow.

I also hate the Eagles, because they signed Vick.

And I hate the Giants.

I go for the Jags pretty much just because I live here and it's fun to party at the games.

I don't understand why we worship sports stars so much in America. They're being paid millions to basically be children and keep the population dumb and obsessed with trivial shit. It doesn't seem so bad in other countries, though soccer fans are probably some of the worst.

 

Most of them are wearing shorts, open-toe sandals, and sunglasses, and are holding beers. This is not a basis for accusing them of being "dumb bitches".
