It does occasionally make me laugh. Some of the "news anchors" are such clowns, particularly Sean Hannity ( I called him Sean Insanity) and Tucker Carlson (aka Fucker Quarrelsome) It's amazing that they are serious!

These days, most people don't have the patience to listen to endless lies involving a one party political system. Fox News is legally entertainment, and CNN and the rest will either catch up or be stomped into the dirt. So says our glorious leader, Donald Duck, who cut a major mass media outlet a deal on their rent. The only idiots who still insist the republican party is a legitimate party are all part of the fucking lynch mob.
I've been reading newspapers and watching the news for a good 60 years. I've had my eye on republicans and democrats for that length of time. Hence: I would never vote for repubs for anything and can see quite clearly that Fox and others are merely arms of the republican party. The anti American bullshit is free. No down payment required--just the surrender of the common sense part of your mind.
We recently cut out Dish subscription due to too many billing issues. We now rely on our smart TV. But you can't get CNN or MSNBC unless you have a cable or satellite hook up. Many of those viewers, especially the young are abandoning those services so naturally the ratings will drop. I think most Fox viewers still have cable or satellite. Plus Fox viewers are tied to that station, CNN and MSNBC viewers typically view multiple sources. Also also CNN and MSNBC require you to listen to news whereas Fox is entertainment, doesn't require much thought. Propaganda candy. Easy to watch as all is does is reinforce what you already believe.
