Newbie video performance

This is my first video attempt, a cover of a Kurt Vile song. Sorry it's a little ropey, but I thought I'd start somewhere. I want to improve my playing, as you can see I'm not an expert by any means, but let me know what you think... if it's not too rude

Thanks Candy. It's sort of a down-tempo song, but yes I see what you mean, I could put more into the performance.

 

I always think feel it, does that make sense?

 

Yes it does Candy. I think it's actually quite a difficult song to sing, mainly because of the off-beat spacing of the lyrics, so I was concentrating on getting the timing of the words right and matching it up with the chord changes. That meant I didn't put any pizazz into it, though as I say it is a down-tempo song. Maybe I'll attempt a Take 3
