nyc. not to see the ball drop, just to walk around and drink wine with my friend tim, then sleep at my sister's place..
Hhhha.. drink wine and walk around NYC on New Year's Eve.. that's what I did the first time I ever was in NYC.. just before turning 18.. it's my best and most cherished memories.
haha no, the few friends i have are bums, not doctors. i'm sure one of them could forge me a note though... i'd really feel like a asshole if i did something like that though, plus i need the money anyway
I'd like to see the New Year in NYC at least once. Just to say I did. I was there to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2006.
thanks. you can probably just party one and a half; i am probably going out for a bit, just cutting the party shorter than i'd like.
I would like to, but really can't be bothered. Too much work. NY is probably expensive. And $131 just for a visa ? No way.
I don't need a VISA to travel to the U.S as a tourist. But to be a student I have to pay $131 for the VISA and an extra $200 for the fucking SEVIS fee.
that sucks.. yea there's the tourist VISA waiver program between the E.U and the U.S.A - it works the same the other way around, for Americans who wanna travel to Europe as tourists (that is, to do anything but study or work - legally) for 3 months and up to an extra 3 months after getting a special stamp on their passport - so 6 months in all. It's pretty cool. Only, I don't understand why it only applies to some countries. Ugh I hate stupid paperwork, rules between countries, fucking.. borders.. it's all so dumb.
