You can even bring some of that outdoors inside with you. These are easy to make. http://www.hometalk.com/12594285/birch-bark-and-pine-cone-trees
^Yes, they are. I can bear witness to that many times. last week.... Awhile ago there was a tree guy here to trim branches off of the roof here froma tree. After he was finished....we walked around the property, as he is a tree expert, and i wanted to know if anything was dead, needed pruning, was a threat of falling on us, ect. He said there was.....a massive white oak tree that was probably alive here for 150 years...longer than any of us. It was 4 feet wide and 125 feet tall, but there was structural damage to the the bottom of it, and it was a threat of falling on the dog pen and a shed outside and perhaps on our roof also, as it would have fallen that way, so we had several estimates...and all tree experts said the same thing about this tree.....and this tree was alive . last week , our hired tree experts were here for two days with their power saws and tools.....they were like spidermen taking this tree down. i never saw anything like it......and the pieces are here as excellent firewood now....and someone is going to take them in the spring. Anyway...I felt the sadness and the crying and screaming of that tree the entire time. I think I even heard it scream a few times....It was an overwhelming sadness......and it still feels like a funeral and loss here. The other trees still standing are sad, too.
