hello everyone.
am not new to the hip forums. last year i got to know and meet some people. have not been on for ages and ages, so had to re-register. feels like i'm basically new though as no one really knows me any more!

wud like to get to know people again. that would b amazing.

am from cheltenham, am 16 years old and am attending cirencester college. there i study philosophy, buddhism, politics, music tech and maths. (i attend art lessons unoficially cos they r in my frees and i love it!!).

not much to me really. i just have a great love and respect of the world and all the people in it.

I'm Steve, 21, from Northampton, currently studying for my BA Creatove Music Technology in Scarborough. I play guitar, but am not in bands because I smell, and want to work in music and/or literature when I grow up (I still don't consider myself an adult). I'm hoping to get a CD out soon, but it's not going well.

Im Bolton beatnik, real name Simon. I live in the cultural desert that is Bolton.

Musically Im into all sort of stuff, got pink floyd on at the moment. I like george harrison,the bryds, hawkwind, julian cope. Planning to see Incredible string band soon.

Im into traveling, I hope to visit India especially Varanasi.
My favourite place is Glastonbury Town, i love the Tor and Chalice well and just moochin round the town.
I like meeting people and having a chat and a laugh.
I just qualified as a social worker and have just got a job working with people with disabilitys, but waiting to start.

I love the history and myths of the hippie movement from haight to free festivals.

Im interested in spirituality in an open non secterian way, esp eastern ideas.

I am a vegetarian and try to be a kind and tolerant person.

Hey everyone - Just saying Hi! Ive just joined the forums and they're great! Im addicted already...Which is not just a good thing, i should be revising for my ALevels:S but i cant be bothered. Well, anyone can chat to me if they want. I play the guitar wich ive been teachin myself for a while now. I love Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, RHCP ... i will listen to practically anything, except - pop trash, opera, garage.

I learnt to play good, hard blues in New Orleans, got bit on the arse by a red back in Brisbane, got bit by a lady-boy in Bangkok and some day, I shall find my way back to Bohemia. Jack Keroac, James Dean, Jim Morrsion et al are having a ball there, no doubt.

Until then, I am an exile in a world of morgages, Posh and Becks, binge drinking charvers, fashionable (and pathetic) anti-americanism, a monarchy in a democracy (think, for one moment, how ludicrous that is?!).
