Actually, none of you have it totally right.

O-Ring actually refers to the anus. Cream, of course, refers to semen. And I don't think any of you got the Felchman's part. Felching is sucking semen out of an anus (or a vagina, I guess, but it usually refers to the anus). So yeah, there you have Felchman's Cream-Filled O-Rings! Now, enjoy!
