Hi all, I'm Lacey from Minnesota. I have been very frustrated this week with all the hate and want tto get back to hippie roots. I hope to have some enlightening conversations with people who respect love and peace. We are living in scary times, but I imagine that has always been said regardless of the era. Hope to meet new pwople soon. Peace....... after posting this and kicking around a little I am wondering how hippie this site really is. Seems a little porny in spots. I don't want to waste my time it is. Can someone enlighten me please?
hello and welcome! There's lots of threads here about sex, drugs, weird random stuff, arguments, and selfies. If you want an exclusively peace and love vibe, you're not going to find that here. There are some people who here who might be described as hippies, and others not.
As an olde Hippie (of 57 years) can I refer you to the mantra of, "Never give up, Never Surrender" There are indeed some which are drawn to the topics which sexual liberation has brought, but there are still some Children of the Revolution still flying the flag - "Hail and Welcome"
