That's where I'm at in my life. Everything is a "conspiracy" and everything has immense meaning :)

A Theory of Everything would explain everything,
Including just how much salt you can apply to anything.

Theories, such as the earth is round, are also called scientific facts.

This is true, I didn't mean that theories can't be right I was just saying that I listen to everything and look for proof

My own belief is a Theory of Everything is self-evident and all that is required is the correct technology to prove it.

I can see that happening, and it does sound pretty amazing. I'm just skeptical of how anyone "knows everything"
Maybe I just still have more information to learn before it makes sense to me

I used to have a Theory of Everything as well. The only problem with it (and by extension all of them) is that there's no way to irrefutably prove or disprove it, therefore it's an utterly pointless train of thought

Without faith in your own memories, dreams, and awareness you can have none of these, and without what Jung called the collective unconscious we cannot be individuals possessed of mortal fallibility.

Quantum mechanics is a statistical theory, with no ultimate proof, nonetheless it remains the most wildly successful physical theory of all time. The point is not to provide any ultimate proof, but statistical evidence and pragmatic results to back them up. Irrefutable proof is for those who have never comprehended the impossible. After you achieve the first 50 impossible things, you start to get the idea.

That's what I'm saying. I don't know without a doubt that anything is true even if I see it with my own eyes

As humans we spend way too much time & effort trying to explain the way things around us are when we should be focused on the way we are. Theories of any kind are a distraction from what actually matters.

There is one thing you have the ability to know the truth of. Yourself

There's a lot of theories, a lot of gobbledy gook, all these things people say and do to try to prove they know how the universe works or why or who or any number of things. No one will ever know for sure. So that's why I listen and learn but try not to doubt, judge, believe, or worry about the information. I do know there is a lot of actual problems in the world and those should get more attention. But in reality we're all stuck in our heads and missing the point to life. Which is to live.

That's an interesting theory, but I seriously doubt it will stop civilization from destroying the entire world. Knowing yourself does you no good, if you cannot know others and communicate effectively. That's where I differ from the civilized Taoists, for without our being able to reach out to others, to share, communicate, and help raise each other up, we are nothing. Contemplating your own navel has its time and place, but is nothing remotely like what nature intended as a lifestyle.
