My brain is a multidimensional multifractal pretzel that can make a Yogi blush and walk away. You might fit in here.
Welcome to the Forums Hip - Social interaction can be hit and miss dependant on the site - for the most part is friendly, sometimes can be cutting but always = Entertaining
Thank you And yeah I'm not much of a social person but I am at the same time. I just get tired of talking to people who look at me like I'm crazy for things I say. This site already seems way more friendly
My motto is, When in trouble, when in doubt, Run in circles, scream and shout!! Old men with long beards, Wander in circles mumbling, Right up until the crap hits the fan! Complaining, nobody ever listens to them.
I feel like those old men must feel lol, no one ever listens to anyone. And the world is a strange place and we create the strangeness, just got to pretend like you know who you are until you become the person you want to be. And the sheep will still tell you you're crazy.
Its systems logic, where the more contentious a society becomes the more it resembles a flock of chickens. Anarchists like to say, "You have to be smarter than a chicken", but those with stunted senses of humor never perceive their own lowbrow Three Stooges slapstick. What is required is a single systems logic a child can understand, with four root metaphors that can be used to explain anything. Sort of Jim Henson on steroids, including a lot of adult potty humor, that stresses the importance of not making humor taboo. To be honest is to have a gentle sense of humor and the ability to laugh at yourself as if you didn't have a care in the world.
Yeah when we're young we are free and unjaded, then life does what life does and we get butter and angry. To have the childlike wonder that is deep in all of us is a fact that we take for granted. Closed minded and "right all the time", when it should be "look at how beautiful the earth is and the human race". It would sure be more pleasant.
Like the revelation that the earth is not flat, modern science is about to prove that, according to their own standards, they are spouting gibberish. Often useful gibberish, but tautological and self-contradictory gibberish nonetheless. In other words, they are about to prove they are doing most of the talking, and hardly anyone is ever listening to anything they have to say unless, of course, it makes them money. While, other academics are teaching people how to destroy the planet in the name of morality, growth, and progress. What they are missing is any well developed sense of humor about themselves, because the chicken flock will only tolerate what makes more money.
Yes! I happen to love science and astronomy and physics (what I can understand of it), and science in general. But even the scientists themselves say they only know, I don't know, 25% of how they think the universe works. Everyone is so concerned with having the "right" answer about where we come from and "can we do this and this, blah blah", but like you said it's all about money. And they aren't paying enough attention to what we are doing to our own human race. The cosmos will be long after this round of humans is gone. I think I'm off topic, sorry
I meant, you'll fit in just fine, LOL! It's amazing the difference one word, present or not present, makes.
The computers are about to spit out a Theory of Everything and, once we have the systems logic, the issue becomes how do we apply it to save the planet. That's my own specialty, is extrapolating the systems logic from Oneness poetry, with the hope of translating our poetry into an analog virtual reality interface capable of amplifying yin-yang dynamics in radically new ways. The systems logic is analog, and must be physically embodied in something in order for it to conflate the identity of space and time, thus, providing its own self-evident truth to the operator.
