New here, and I guess my hope is to find people who are like me, struggling with similar issues, and what they used or tools they used to help them get through it. I know when I feel like I've made a mistake, I handle it well, but when I don't agree with someone saying I did something to them, I tend to get angry or misuse my own communication to hurt or scare people. Not always intentional, but i hope to get that under control. I'm going to post my story in another forum, just saying hi!
