HB-Studios are releasing "The Golf Club" this spring, looks awesome!!
You can create your own courses and they can be shared and played
cross-platform, pc-ps4 and xbOne.

As far as i know, the designers at HB are creating courses that are
ready to play with the game. I cant say for sure if these courses are actuall courses or loosely based upon them. I do think though... if this game delivers what i hope, there will be some great (and pretty accurate) versions of real life courses made by the community.

There are already discussions/topics about using everything from Golf Course Design Books, to using Google maps etc to build accurate/close to the real thing.
