This has been buzzing around in my head for awhile, but should china attack the US what would all these chinese restaurants do, would they become military outposts for them, just think there is a chinese take out in practically every US town...

I love my fave Chinese restaurant. Sometimes it's okay to make the distinction between the personal and the political. Otherwise, madness rules the day. I'm not that angry.

I would worry more about those japanese sushi restaurant guys! Your country already was scared enough one time to put them all into camps.

 

Chinese restaurants in the Continental U.S. and Hawaii are all most likely connected by an underground high-speed rail line that enables them to travel to and from Mainland China, undetected.

And what's with that door in the back that says 'Employees Only', huh? Probably got a bunch of Nukes back there.

Think about that next time you're in there scarfing down that delicious egg foo yung bathed in mushroom sauce.

OK Skip. As an oldtimer on here I'll wait and see. But at the moment many of the old features seem to be absent, like 'my posts', and the profile page has changed a lot.

But - ok I'll give it some time.

 

I joined last month and right when I got use to that format (And really enjoyed it!) EVERYTHING is now changed, and I feel very very VERY lost. But I guess, everything is in the works.

 

It's certainly different. I'm not sure what was wrong with the old set up. Then again, most people don't like change at first, so who knows. We all might end up liking it. .

 

Looks good. Change is good for the brain. Thanks for all the hard work Skip and crew. I can chat on my phone now. I like the new notification options!

Like anything, it will take time getting used to. However, I was hoping for a change in color scheme. Oh well.

 

Piaf, You should post this in the user support section as it is probably a matter of allowing or a permission that needs to be set. I looked as well and could not see a way to do it.

 

Some boards have a function to change the skin but if we have it, I haven't found it yet.
