    Hello all,

There's a new book out on Ross Bagdasarian Sr. (aka David Seville), the creator of the 1961-1962 series The Alvin Show. The book covers the life of Bagdasarian, but also the Alvin TV show and records etc. This is the program with Alvin, Simon, and Theodore as well as inventor Clyde Crashcup and his assistant Leonardo.

Did any of you watch The Alvin Show in the 1960's, in syndication, or in the 1990's on Nickelodeon? What were your favorite episodes or characters?

Thanks for the reply Irminsul. The book is a lot of fun, and includes a lot of interesting info. Plus, there are several pages of production art, including Alvin Show cels, a storyboard, press kit, and more.

I remember seeing Alvin and the Chipmunks in the 1980s; maybe they were reruns from an earlier broadcast though.
