So much we squander, how much our debts of gratitude to society pile up. I don't believe in fate, just the desire of the Universe to manifest through us but it is only through inner alchemy that we can turn dark into light. Still, even if we dedicated our entire lives to service to others the equilibrium would still be on our side.
Not much we squander into the debt to society. The feel of indifference when we individually are forgiven in the midst of so-called history, In the eyes of History the world appears again to reveal that the Is is un-reduced to the Ought; and again the human individual, you see, has the ought (the moral to identify as inadequate knowledge) just being there one sidedly forgiven, and we just Do, you know you Do. And "It is." is the beginning of wise action. We say: "shame on you".
i don't think its about debt. its about what kind of a world do we want for everyone else along with our selves to have to live in. i think we really do repay debts. just not always in the same life we accumulate them. as for balance, i don't think there's actually any law or force that dictates this. just that instead, existence is so much more diverse than we can begin to grasp, that the result may at times appear to be a kind of balancing of sorts.
It's that way according to Khafka organized by the government that we repay debts. These days we have the excuse to our own 'holy' governments that our debt is repaid by unholy governance. All in all, you finnish the rest... :dizzy2:
All the resources we've personally consumed from the planet, all the love we've been given by family and/or friends, all the amazing transformative experiences we've had, the spiritual teachers that have crossed our path. Not to mention our parents who gave birth to us, all that our grandparents (and parents) went through just so we could have a shot at life. Can we ever hope to give back that much? I don't think so. What can we do about it? We can find our innermost passions, our greatest talents, develop them to their fullest potential, become our greatest selves and give back, to our friends, our families, strangers, Mother Nature, society itself. It is our duty not to squander our greatest gifts. We all have different ones, some lack certain ones that others have but we all have gifts and it is our duty to share them.
