How do you know if you're having a nervous breakdown? Is it possible to have a nervous breakdown that spans for like an entire summer. Or say you're just in a downward spiral for about a summer. Has anyone ever had a nervous break down? What's the difference between soul searching and breaking down? I think I just need time to look into myself, but what do you do if you don't really have that option? Any advice on how to find yourself? Do you think a period of isolation is needed? Any advice or stories are welcome. Thank you
just ignore him, he's an ass. you're prolly really really stressed. there are lots of ways to relieve that..but if you dont have a whole few months to go away.. you can start with small things, get rid of what you dont need, and try to clear your mind. i have done this quite a few times and will be happy to talk to you more about it... if you want to, pm me... kay?
Or kill yourself like a man and stab yourself in the chest multiple times, like Elliott Smith. Edit: But suicide is only good if it's messy. Kind of like playing a practical joke on the people who have to clean it.
If I were going to kill myself, it would be some cool fun way, Like just jumping out of airplane or something, that's not the best example but I can't really think of any right now.
