Some people are just low enough to steal. We don't know why people think it is ok to steal, and I've often heard people say things like, I don't steal from people. But it is all the same. Learn the lesson in this hurtful experiance, and never steal anything from anyone. And as for your neighborhood watch, I know that crap never works. We had someone murdered in the street when I lived in the city, in a neighborhood watch zone. That crapola(neighborhood watch) never works.
