Needing To Relocate To Salem, Oregon By Mid August 2015

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum and I guess you could say I'm a hippie even though I've never admitted it, it seems like all of my friends think so. I'm currently living in rural Indiana and I clearly don't fit in here! I am pleasant,

positive, kind, fairly attractive, very talented and skilled, an out of the box (there is no box) thinker and unemployed and at the edge of tears! I just can't fit in here even though I don't judge people around me for not being engaged in

the issues I'm engaged in. (They seem to love bible and country and have no clue regarding animal rights, women's rights, global issues, etc.) It's very frustrating to say the least and now my only son is going off to college in Salem, Oregon

and unless I can find housing and a job there I'm doomed to live in this area for a very, very, long time. I don't do drugs, although I have supported the legalization of marijuana and have no problem with anyone who partakes. I only drink

with special dinners and holidays and my limit is two. I am a very loyal friend and employee and hoping to find some help in relocating to Oregon...to quote Pink Floyd: "Is there anybody OUT THERE?!!!" and the Beatles: "HELP!" So that's

about all I have to say other than I did UNschool my son and he's all the better for it. My home school website was: monarchrock.tripod.com I came to Indiana hoping for a new start and ended up with a broken heart. If I had just ONE

stable human being who could help me start my life over by giving me shelter while I look for work I would sincerely appreciate it because I really don't know what else to do at this point. My doctor recommended anti-depressants and I've

been coping with meditation every morning...I'm feeling very helpless/hopeless at this point. I'm reaching out in the sincere hope that the Universe has led me to this forum for a reason...we'll see. View attachment 1615
