Need prayers my cat rocky

It sounds like Rocky had plenty of water...was there still water in his bowl/fountain? If there was, I don't understand how he could have gotten dehydrated

 

I am not being mean, but he is ruling your life and you need to resolve the problem for his good as well as yours.
The easiest way is via his food. Whenever you have friends around, let them put his food out and leave it in a slightly different place. He may not like it at first, but he will soon get the idea when he gets hungry. Once he gets used to that, involve other people with him, in play and giving him treats.
At the moment, he thinks that other people are going to harm him and your reactions are reinforcing his belief.
Once he starts accepting other people, you will know that he is safe and well when you are away.

 

He got himself locked in a room upstairs for the whole week we we’re gone all his food and water were down in the kitchen

He is doing better vet gave him iv fluids has not pooped yet but vet said it will take a few days not too worry he is eating and drinking so that’s good he is soo happy we’re home ☺️

 

Don't feel bad. I've accidentally locked a couple of my cats in closets, luckily never longer than a day.
On bedroom and bathroom doors, I use inexpensive rubber door stops to prevent the cats from trapping themselves.

 

Have extra water bowls in every room he visits.

Ahhhhh im sorry kitty was locked with no food/water for a week Jenny,how horrid!!!!

I hope he makes a full recovery (I love kitty cats so much)

He is much better so happy we’re home we put his bed under the Christmas tree he is sleeping like a baby we are still feeding him small meals 3 times a day of wet food too get his weight back up

 

I just feel like I don’t have a life anymore since I’ve been put on oxygen I want to go down and visit my sister in Missouri but I have such fears of traveling by myself being on oxygen so many things can go wrong I’ve had so many portable concentrator’s that quit working on me

 

Yeah I tired not too feel bad he is not mad at us he knew we would come back for him he is so happy we’re home

 

Hoping b oth you and your pussy cat will be fine very soon. I know about these oxygen containers - I had one too - but even the small cylinder is heavy and it only lasts three hours anyway, so no good for any distance travel.

 

I got 2 extend battery’s that last over 7 hours I have simply go min iv had many units from my insurance company that quit working my mom went out and paid out of pocket for a new one cause the one from insurance quit making oxygen and we needed it for our cruise so I have a back up one

 

I’m still scared about traveling on my own I have good reason to be scared cause iv had many units fail on me
