yeah man, thats pretty much just a line from training day or chappell show, but it does mean smoking PCP.

 

PCP is pretty much extremely rare. It has to be synthed by chemists who are actually capable of the process, and it ain't no meth from pseudo. There is no pharmaceutical use for it anymore, so it can't simply be diverted from a supply.

You'll probably only see PCP in cities. And yeah, it causes considerable brain damage because of how it acts on the brain, and it's a dissociative. I've noticed brain damage (Not permanent) from ketamine use, and ketamine is supposed to be a 'less neurotoxic' version of PCP.

 

How old are the students in question?
