Need help with picture

Dose anyone here know how to resize a picture ?.. I am trying to post a some pictuers on here but they are to big. I have no clue on how to do it.. help?.. Thank you

uhm,

this works for me:
Go to paint, open the image, then go to the upper bar(file/edit that thing) i forget what it is but one of the options has like, invert colours, etc, click Stretch/Skew, then it will be at 100 for horizontal and 100 for vertical, if you put in like, 70, for each it will shrink it, as long as you put the same number for Hor and vert.
tell me if you have problems (and dont forget to save it as the smaller size, same image, just smaller)

 

get a pair of scissors, and... oh wait... that's the old fashioned way of doing things.
