My middle left side is hurting really bad. It hurts to cough or move most ways or sneeze. Very uncomfortable. As well, I am having problem with my S(can't spell) "long nerve in body" on my right side back. I really don't know what is wrong with my left side or what to do. please help.
It's hard to help anyone over the internet! If it hurts that bad, you really need to go SEE a doctor.
That sounds like either a pulled muscle or an inflamed disc to me. I pulled a muscle in my back and it hurt to do anything for about a week. The nerve problem sounds weird though so I would go see a doctor if it doesn't get better.
