Need help dealing with wife's PTSD and control issues.

Anyone else have a spouse with PTSD? My wife has PTSD as a result of a decade of chronic sexual abuse. She has alot of control issues as well. I'd like to find some resources to help me cope with her problems especially her control issues. I welcome any helpful hints suggestions etc...

 

Is she seeing a therapist? Maybe you would even benefit seeing a therapist and they can help you with how to appropriately deal with your wife. Maybe couples therapy. That's a good place to start. Just be supportive and be there for her, be understanding, open ears, shoulder to cry on..
