Need encouragement to go barefoot

I believe I have gotten over the initial obstacles at this point. It should be fairly smooth sailing now.

 

Damn, try getting passed out drunk then before throw away some socks away.
So when you wake up from passed up drunk state you’ll be barefoot. And trust when you’re hang over you don’t care if you’re barefoot plus alcohol makes my feet really hot

Yes, feel rather self conscious

 

I have started going barefoot. This is the 5th day. I go barefoot some each day. Just in sweats so far. Need to start in regular clothes.

 

Getting a little easier day by day. This is day five. Only do it a little each day.

 

I just would get very embarrassed and ashamed. Being dressed in clothes but having no shoes or socks on. As you've been reading perhaps you found out that recently I tried wearing sweats and went barefoot

 

Ok, I'm really starting to wonder why you have this dire need to go barefoot. How about just putting on some form of footwear? Perhaps why not sandals or regular shoes. If you continue to struggle with being ashamed or embarrassed then why not just accept that, go ahead and put on shoes and be done with it.

You seem to be going in circles over this.......

 

Wondering that myself. Has gone on for a long time.

One more time: take off your shoes and socks, go barefooted, and ENJOY IT!!!!!!!

 

I know right , like why can’t you get over it.
We were born barefoot being barefoot is way more normal then wearing socks.
Your hands are bare wouldn’t it be weird if you always wear gloves.
Take off the socks you’re not hurting or disturbing
Anyone by doing so.
I use to be extremely foot shy and now I feel happier then ever now that I go barefoot t

 

I make the exact same argument for being nude!

 

Back then I was so foot shy I can be nude and not be embarrassed but if someone saw my feet I would die.
But I’m over that so yeah

No. Not at all. It never ever occurred to me that so many people would take notice of my feet. Just last Sunday I went out for dinner and drinks with a friend, and I was barefoot. I didn’t even have shoes with me.
All I was wearing was a denim skirt and a hoodie.

 

They do you know when i first went barefoot in the library i though noone would notice and they kept asking me why i was barefoot I was embarresed but i loved the feeling of it, (THe embarresment was more thrilling tbh)

 

I live in something of a tree hugging hippie town. So, it’s not really so unusual for people to be barefoot
