need a ride from binghamton ny to long island ny

my wife and i need a ride from binghamton ny to long island ny to pick up my father in law he has alzthimers and recently had a stroke my mother in law was taking care of him and she was admitted into the hospital for kidney failure and now he is all alone it is very important that we go pick him up because he is unable to take care of himself please somebody help me and my wife in this dire time of need
