Neckline Collars & Lace

I have recently been looking into these, I think they are gorgeous. When you see a woman wearing this sort of garment, what does it tell you?

Is it sexual, possessive, stylish, submissive?

I kind of think it could mean anything, or nothing at all. I find them attractive though. On eBay they are anywhere between 1-5$

Of course, these are small, subtle and cute. There are much larger ones that drape down to the chest and the back with butterfly or angel wings etc. But I feel they're a bit intrusive for me personally.

Most of the time, I make them. I buy the lace (or velvet) at a fabrics store and it’s super easy and cheap to make your own. But if you look on amazon they have some nice ones that are cheap.

I have several velvet collars in a few different colours. I also have a couple of thick leather ones with metal studs & restraining hooks stitched in, but they came from a sex shop.
