I used to work with an American born Mexican guy that got into a heated immagration debate with a customer at the store we worked at. He finally told this guy (white, 40ish, yuppie lookin dude) "If you dont want us here watch your own kids, wash your own car and cut your own fucking grass."
The look on Mr.Suburbia's face was so priceless, he just STFU.
And as far as learning other languages, we are one of the only developed nations that does not require our students to learn multiple languages. To me that is just a reflection of the arrogance America seems to have. We should not let fear and hate seperate us from other HUMANS! Debates like this get me down. We squabble over stuff like this but I bet most people would hop a fence and enter another country to try to make a better living for their family. There always has to be a group of people to pick on, gay folks, folks that are darker/lighter than you, etc. It is so easy to pass judgement on some man/woman trying to make a better way for themselves. I am not in a place to judge illegal immigrants because I do not feel I have to flee my country to make it in this world. Unless you have experienced that situation, don't judge!

unions just being cheap asses. but pay a cheap price, get cheap work. now the state is trying to rehire union teamsters but the state is too broke right now. just a bad time for everything, but not real bad.

i was happy to see young americans working on building a new gas station here, they pour heart and good quality in building. they redid the shopping mall here and everything is better quality now, but still kohls looks like shit compared to the other stores

our town here supports union, just when you go near chicago, it turns to shit. tsk tsk. dont drive on chicago streets lol get new tires in a month


oh and the workers looked so hot...ripped from head to toe..i almost t-boned someone..
