AMAZING SHOT!! LeBron for 3 with 1 second left, one for the ages.. I missed it cause I was hiking in the Adirondacks, but oh well I had fun.
LeBron needs his teammates to step up, or at least play as good as they were during the regular season,en route to the best record in the NBA at 66-16.
most of the cavs losses were two things: not at home[only 1 home loss in the season, which was to Lakers] to playoff material teams - lets look at who they lost to in order Boston, New Orleans, Detroit, Atlanta, Miami, Washington, Chicago, Los Angelos, Orlando, Los Angelos, Indiani, Houston, Boston, Washington, Orlando, Phillie. only three of their losses were to non-playoff qualified teams of all the teams in the playoffs, the cavs had the least games in the season against other playoff qualified teams. the cavs had a weak schedule because they're from a less known hometown. it just so happens that lebron and williams make them shine. the rest of their team is scrap besides west.
28 of 72 of their season games were to non-playoff teams. they only lost 3 of those, credit is due there i suppose. but of the 44 games that they played playoff teams, they went 28-16. then once you look at it even closer, when they played on the road against playoff teams they were 12-12. clearly not a very good team once you look closely.
The Cavs were 39-2 at home this year, losing to the Lakers and the 76ers. In the playoffs they lost game one AT HOME after having a 17 point lead, clearly they lost their mental focus. SAME thing happened in game 2, they had a 23 point lead and were 1 second away from losing that game too(also at home), thank god lebron made that 3. Game 3 was a different story, they had a chance to win it but Orlando is a solid home team and played a good game. Should be an interesting series.
oh right, they did lose to phillie at home at the end of the season. my bad indeed, the series will be good. i think that the cavs can win the conference finals, like i predicted before the series began. this is heavily on lebrons shoulders and because of their home court advantage. if orlando had home court advantage in the series, they'd win 4-3, instead of the cavs winning 4-3. the championship will definitely not be the cavs winning it, thats for sure. even though the cavs will have home court advantage again, i think that the nuggets and lakers are too much for the cavs. [the magic are the weakest team in the conference finals based on stats] this year is definitely going to the West
and my prediction was wrong. nuggets take game four to tie the series 2-2 with a final score of 121-101. carmelo gets 2 technicals in the game though. game 5 in LA on wed. i predict that the cavs win game 4 in orlando tomorrow
I really hope the cavs win tonight, if they do I feel that they will win the series. Tonight is a huge game for both teams.
i have always rooted for underdogs myself so i would like to see orlando vs denver plus im a billups fan so go denver@! and lakers and cavs seem like one man shows imo.
Bah Nuggets and Magic all the way! They aren't giving up without a fight, even if the refs try to hand the games to the lakers and cavs. Lebraun, Lebron, I don't give a shit, it is still a stupid ass name.
