Another simple discussion to have with strangers who sift through the thick folds of the vast internet just like me.

What is your favorite aspect of nature to write about? I'll start off by saying that purely due to my location and upbringing, I enjoy writing about trees, mountains, and waterscapes.

I like reading about and writing about the desert and the ocean. As seen in my photos, landscapes and sunset/rises are my thing.

To me the ocean and the sea are almost the same.

Both barren on the surface, yet teeming with life.

I did once find a patch of desert that was really barren sand, but that's an exception... and far away in the Sahara.

The desert here is filled with life, from towering Cadron cactuses (60 feet tell) to the microbial life under ground, desert toads, insects, and plants of other kinds are to be found.

And what prevents them from being exactly the same?

Haha...the same to me. At least in Spanish; not sure if in English there are some different meaning though.

I met the Sasquatch in a New Mexico forest. To write of this, I suppose I'll have to enfold the experience
in a novel. The creature has written language like me, but not a pencil. Its words were drawn in the dirt with
big fingers. Pine needles were cleared away to make simple symbols. Like, circle and rainbow. I left some
symbol writing on a piece of bark along the trail by the stream. It replied two nights later : 2 circles.

    I think upon this carefully.

In essence, the message is 'peace in the woods'.

I love to walk on wild windswept beaches with surf crashing, and few other people in sight. So much wildlife to observe and enjoy in what some see as desolation.

That is a fantastic photo you have given to the world, if they take the time to just appreciate it before it's built on.
