Jesus Christ this thread is disturbing.

I think there's reasonable doubt to be had as to whether serial killers are nature's way of controlling the population. I think nature would (or should) have found a much more efficient way. Mass murderers are much more efficient at population control. But I don't think their hidden drive is to control population either, as though their hearts are in the right place. Maybe you see the good in people too much, or maybe you like the idea of people being murdered, I'm not sure.

If nature is designing certain people with population control in mind, the first thing nature should have done in order to make this process as efficient as possible would have been to let the killers know their purpose in killing. The goal being to kill as many people as possible. The goal isn't to fuck their dead corpses or collect their heads in jars or to pour acid on their bodies. To suggest that we should use these people in the military is fucking insane. They don't simply get a release from killing, per se. They get a release from torture and other barbaric acts. You want to arm serial killers and then set them loose overseas (presumably) and you expect that they'll only kill "the bad guys"? No. They'll probably start by killing the most innocent people first, because that's what gets them off. And what if they did kill the bad guys? You really want them to undergo torture, or to have their corpses raped and heads collected and obscene shit like that? What a fucking nightmare.

If we're going to have to control population, then maybe we could, I don't know, alert people to the fact that there's a population crisis? Suggest they have fewer children and/or to use protection while having sex? Or go even further and promote abstinence or having your tubes tied? Call me crazy, but I think maybe you have to start with peaceful solutions rather than hiring serial killers. Or training or perhaps performing surgery on soldiers to turn them into serial killers.

I kind of question the OPs motivation for starting this thread, as it is totally preposterous. What was your purpose? We're never going to embrace sociopaths as our "cool supermen" or whatever you think they are.

While I find the idea of creating an army of serial killers and unleashing them upon an unsuspecting populace a rather an interesting one, it unnecessary since we’ve already created a society which breeds sociopaths, serial killers, and mass murders, such as Ted Kaczynski aka the Unabomber, The Virginia Tech Shooter Seung-Hui Cho aka A. Ishmael, Gary Ridgway aka the Green River Killer, Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, Wayne Williams, Jeffrey Dahmar (everyone’s favorite cannibal) Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold aka the Trench coat mafia, just to name a few…

there is nothing natural about romantacizing aggressiveness in humans. there is a minor degree of naturalness that it is there, but its dominance is tyranny which is the opposite of civilization.
natural predators don't eat popsicles. they also don't normally walk around on two legs. and even they aren't often as aggressive as idiots romantacize.

 

I ask out of curiosity and boredom. We already promote to abstain from having children. It doesn't work due to not being informed or not caring. I do not think sociopaths are cool supermen btw 25 % of Americas population are sociopath. Technically they're ticking time bombs. I have a morbid curiosity. I just don't really mind stating abhorrent things in some people's opinion. Do I think it will ever happen, no. As for rape, and torture we have had many army men do that to live victims in war. We might make are soildiers out to be saints, but there has been files that came out of rape and torture that has occurred thanks to our military that we have turned a blind eye to. All we ever did was throw the people into shallow graves. By your standards it's abhorrent to think that serial killers might do that to the dead, but I think the dead would be more forgiving, and less traumatized than the living. I don't expect that they would only kill the bad guy, but I realize the horror it would spread across nations. It could be an amazing factor in psychological warfare. If you think about this statement it is quite true we never cry over a platoon being knocked out their numbers get recorded and filed. That's the end of it the only people that grieve are the families that are connected to them. The countries don't weep for their losses they see it as they died for the greater good. You are appalled that I would suggest this, but we don't have to go to war. I don't send people's children out to die for oil, or greed. I just sit back and watch as the chaos erupts into existence. So it's not my mental status that should be put into question. It's the people that ask others to die for them. If somebody threaten me or my chosen close people I would eliminate them without question. Thankfully that hasn't occurred and I haven't had to. The war across seas are not my problem. I didn't ask for it, I don't support it or at least I wouldn't of I wasn't forced to pay taxes, that are unlawfull.

 

Most of the population growth is actually in countries that weren't involved directly in WW II. India, the African continent, South America.

Birth rates in Japan and Germany are some of the lowest. And that's going to create problems for those countries in the future. Even here in Britain we are looking at an increasingly ageing population with not enough younger people to keep the economy afloat or guarantee that pensions will be paid.
