NATO says Russia is carrying out 'malign activities' like sabotage on its member states and will address them (msn.com) NATO has been called a bully by countless people, but its the bully everyone knows actually has some sort of scruples, unlike the Russians for example. Russia has been using weapons banned by international treaty, and has been attacking everyone's computers, and committing extreme acts of sabotage, including killing a large number of people. They are committed to their war time economy, and stockpiling weapons for WWIII, while the Chinese keep supplying both the Ukraine and Russia with weapons supplies. NATO is simply making it official, that WWIII could start now at any moment, and both sides are rapidly preparing for the inevitable. They would declare war themselves, but the longer they put it off, the better they can prepare. Of course, it doesn't help that Intel and Nvidia are still dependent on Chinese chips. Predictably, Intel has had trouble with their new fab plants, and its the usual insanity leading up to WWIII.
