When we look into the origins of the words it appears to be so indeed. With democrat it is from the origin 'demo' which means something as people. With demoralize and demobilize the de part stands apart from the mo part, so that it's the same four letter as democrat is coincidental.

At the Clinton trial, videotaped closed door depositions of Monica were taken, along with Vernon Jordan and Sidney Blumenthal. A deposition is sworn testimony with opportunity to cross examine, and excerpts of these were played in the Senate. None were available in Trump's kangaroo court, even though John Bolton had agreed to testify.

Not to mention the fact that the Republican "Independent Prosecutor" in the Clinton Trial, Ken Starr, the piece of shit we saw again at the Trump impeachment trial calling for an end to the "age of impeachment", had spent months trying to dig up dirt against Clinton in the Whitewater investigation and switched to the sex scandal instead.
