ok.. so we've a list of things I can't identify so far. was hoping to be better at this. (of course I'm also a bit out of it. had to take the mom to the hospital to get x-rayed/checked out. she fell /again/. They changed her meds, and she didn't tell me that one of the things they changed was her bp meds, so she wa a bit dehydrated. nothing injured, just a bruised butt and her pride... and the pride's the worse of the two. I think she'd have preferred a busted leg or something. She's stubborn and won't ask for help. But it's hard to get her back up, she's overweight, and she weighs what I do and I've got 18 inches in height on her. it's how I sprained my wrist yesterday morning.)
That's rough. I remember when mom started falling. She hit her head and had to have stitches one night.
yeah, yesterday she whacked her cheekbone, bruised it up pretty bad. absolutely /refused/ to go to the hospital then. today it was 'two falls, two days, you're going. especially since with the bum wrist, I 'cannot' get you back up. and even with the roommate helping, we couldn't move her. anyway, back to the game - something like one of the eggbeater drills? looks too heavy duty for scrambling eggs, might be a hand mixer, but doesn't look right for that..
adds it to the list of thingamajigs and whatchamacallits... I'd ask ariel if it's a doodad.. she's got twenty.
I dunno, that fabric's pretty ritzy for a sandbag or something that'd be a similar kind of use. I'd be more inclined to agree with the hand bag type of thing.
