    Please. :)

They can be big, huge things. Very very small things or anything in between. They can be something that's gonna happen in five minutes... a year or five years....

For me. Hmm....thinking....well, I know four right off the bat.

    1. Baby girl arriving (due Sept 24, 2014)

    2. Beach trip for 6 days....arriving there June 24 (2014)

    3. Lake Tobias this Sunday (mother's day).... a wildlife park that is really pretty awesome with a safari ride, animals that aren't in too small of cages and well taken care of... plus they sell cheap, good food like buffalo burgers from- right next door. (oddly enough I went there last Mother's Day and remember posting about it.)

    4. Hanging out with my best friend, Will, at some point in the next year... we've been best friends since I was 14 years old and I haven't seen him in a while (a while!) and the past year we didn't talk much- til recently. Can't wait for him to meet my kids (he's already met D numerous times).

    5. (hm this is where it gets tough)- have to say grilling this weekend. Been grilling every weekend with the new grill my bro/sis in law gave us and it's been awesome.

    6. Eating some yummy food tonight

    7. Taking Cason to the aquarium this summer or spring maybe...

    8. Eating hardshell crabs this summer

    9. The things I can't currently do while I'm pregnant... you know, like...roller coasters (that seriously is one of them just not all of them).

    10. ummm going out to dinner after lake tobias on Sunday I guess (keep thinking about food... geez.)

I start a new job in one week. I hate my current job so I am stoked!

I'm going with my mom and family to lunch and an art festival sunday

Taking a beach trip in june

Taking another one in September when my sister gets married on the beach

I'm making my mom a flower box for mothers day so I'm pretty excited to see the end product if I hopefully don't fuck it up

AT, I have a friend that sounds like your friend will, a male friend I've known since I was 14 and I really hope to see him in the next few weeks

I can't wait to see the fruit (well, the veggies) of the garden we planted a few weeks ago

I am just excited it is summer/spring finally

I hope to make it to the mountains next week

I have a girls night out planned in a couple of weeks, I don't get a chance to socialize often so I'm really excited about blowing off some steam with my favorite girlies

Good, I'm so glad other people are replying as I really didn't want this to be just a post about myself. lol!

Sounds like you two have lots of awesome things to look forward to. (btw, I've heard before that the ability to look forward to things... more than one at a time... is what keeps people from becoming depressed, but neways...) :)

Meli, we have a couple things in common there. What beach are you going to?

I am actually going the same week in June as you too haha. I'm going to St Augustine in Florida, I think the beach is called Verona beach. And in September my sister is getting married on folly beach near Charleston, Sc, which is basically my favorite place in the world.

And what about you, what beach are you going to?

Congrats on the baby girl by the way! How perfect you will have one boy and one girl :)

Ok after having spent a brief time listening to my heart, here are the 10 first things things I found out from within - in no particular
    1. Swimming – this year I wish to do lots, n lots of this.
    2. Yoga, & meditation – same reason as above.
    3. Learning new food dishes – love cooking
    4. Exploring more of the UK – love getting to know my country.
    5. My mum feeling proud of her career progress. She gave up so much for me and my fam, and has helped loads of people with their ambitions so Id love for her to be happy in her career.
    6. Moving out.
    7. Looking forward to completing some novels.
    8. Would love to start gardening.
    9. Make new friendships.
    10. Meet up with friends.

Aw, love the lists... but hotwater, come on... you can only do ONE? Really?! Weak. :)

Meli, I am going to.... well, where I almost always go-Rehoboth Beach in Delaware which is my fav and where I grew up going. We are staying in the same cottages I grew up spending every summer in (and my mom went to as a kid...and my grandparents went to, etc...)- nice screened in porch, rocking chairs, window you can (well, Cason can) climb into and out of... full kitchen and fridge/range. And then it's in a wooded area a couple blocks from beach/ocean/boardwalk/etc that makes it nice to sit on porch and read.... and watch the kids play outside and feed the squirrels nuts, etc.

Oh anyways, that's my fav beach (it also has great indy stores, restaurants, microbreweries, etc.)...but I do also LOVE the SC beaches. I can't wait to go to a different beach some year soon too...further down south then where we always go...DE, MD, NJ...

That's great that your sister is getting married on the beach. :D Dan and I got married on the beach.... in Antigua. Danced right there by the Caribbean Sea to Bob Marley during the ceremony and then had a private (outdoor, on beach) lobster dinner brought to us. Anyways, it was nice but so long ago. I wanna go renew vows and do it again!

Mixed Peppers...that was a great list. I miss gardening.

Oh... I NEED to add an 11 for me

    so....

Number 11- SWIMMING ALL SUMMER!!! I cannot BELIEVE I forgot to add that. I got the cutest maternity bathing suit (and cover up dresses) and last summer I couldn't (literally COULDN'T) swim at all so this summer... will swim in lakes, pools, ocean... and anywhere I can. I love, love, love to swim.

Oh and yes... I am happy that we have a boy and now will have a girl. I was just telling hubby the other night that we lucked out w the combo that many people wish to have and don't get (and some ppl keep trying and trying... you know the ppl who have like 3 boys and try again for a girl....and get another boy...) :)

    @ AmericanTerrorist,

I may be someone that likes to smother ppls hearts in praise - or maybe I just like to see positive things in people, but from your list and judging by u choosing to create this trend, Im guessing that you do enjoy the beautiful and exciting things in life. :). You have inspired me today, thank you.

    1 my life continuing until
    2 my life ending
3 placing another order of train stuff
4 having a working 3d printer again at some point
5 having something 3d printed by shapeways or pokono to see if i can get it to come out the right size that way and figure out how much doing so is actually going to cost
6 maybe getting some kind of vehicle so i can explore out of the way wilderness places that are too far to walk and no bus or train within hundreds of miles.
7 i have a birthday coming up, but i'm not really expecting anyone to notice. i might not even notice myself. other then those messages bbss's autogenerate.
8 learning how to do more stuff in blender and doing it.
9 making more stuff on the train stuff
10 making more stuff on the computer stuff, including the art in blender.

you know, not really expecting any big deal any time soon.

oh i expect america and humanity to both in some sense collapse. not simultaniously nor any time soon.

If you're lucky you may see a bald eagle or two flying above the river right before the Clark's Ferry bridge where the Susquehanna and Juniata rivers meet. (Right around that place where the waterfall comes out of the cliff.) Look for their white heads and tails.
