About the microwave... Anything that makes my gas bill smaller, electric is less expensive right now. I do also grill outside. I'd install an electric stove/oven but, this is just a rented apartment.
I told one of the kids at work (11 yr old)that I was alive before microwaves were in homes... He looked shocked and asked me how we heated the food up.

 

Well the cool was supposed to imply that I don't want/need one. I don't think I'd be proud if i wanted one.

So yeah, I totally don't need one.

We don't have gardeining service or dog poop picking up services. Everyone in the neighborhood seems to have the dog poop picking up people or a gardener here mid-morning. It's strange because it's not a wealthy community either.
We also don't have dirt bikes or quads, which most of our neighbors have.
