I've done naked yoga and find it extremely rewarding. I recommend it to anyone.

If you're comfortable with your body you will have a better yoga experience if you do it naked. After a few minutes you forget you're naked and enjoy the experience.

yes, i am pregnant.. but that isn't really the problem. The pregnancy won't last forever. The problem is I would be strangled by my breasts if I attempted half of those positions without a sports bra.

 

so get a sports bra!

 

umm...if i wear a sports bra, which i do everytime I do yoga, I would no longer be naked....

that sounds like fun (but, you know, i'm just a merman, i know nothing about boobs except for what I do know)

 

i find it bothersome to have my breasts "flopping around"... its not really uncomfortable or painful. They would just be really, really in the way if attempting yoga naked.
