I wasn’t suggesting that women don’t ask. Not at all. The point I was making is in the what I said after: “Let’s go to a nude beach. I get so turned on thinking about other women looking at you.” I was making a distinction as to motivations. Lots of men ask women to go nude specifically because they enjoy other men looking at them.

Yes, some women initiate going to nude beaches, but their motivations are usually different from what men’s motivations are.

 

Having lived in an old house on the side of a hill on the big island of Hawaii---many hippies lived in the jungle there and many or most wore no clothing much of the time. Interestingly enough--when talking to my neighbors , I didn't even notice whether they had clothing on or not after seeing naked folks every day. That just seemed to take place naturally after the sight of naked folks became commonplace.
That was back in '72--'73.

 

Aaah when life was simple , free and people were happy . I remember that.

Yes, we do. I know for me, the motivation is definitely sexual and it definitely gets the juices going, I often tried to figure out why I enjoy it so much, and I realized that it’s because I enjoy it so much.

I see where you are going with this, but am not sure if it really holds up. A woman's bare breasts are external and obvious, but they are generally acceptable.

In my experience, the female form is more acceptable than the male form. Men love looking at naked women and don't need to be aroused to appreciate them. Women also enjoy looking at naked women without the need for arousal.
In general, women need to be aroused (or drunk) to enjoy a naked male.

I do agree that the penis can be viewed as intimidating.

 

I don't think you can equate breasts with genitalia.

In Europe, it's acceptable for a woman to expose her breasts when sunbathing. However, a man exposing his penis on a busy beach risks being put on the sex offenders register.

In theory, a woman exposing her vulva could receive the same treatmemt. However, it doesn't happen in practice because that part is usually hidden between a women's legs even when she's fully naked.

 

My final point was that I agree that the penis can be intimidating. But, it's not intimidating based on the fact that it's external.
It's intimidating because the alpha male wants to put that external organ into someone's hole.

 

I saw this and the reply right after it and it makes me think........ I think some people still equate nudism with something that is sexual. While I do think that there can be an arousal quality to being naked. The more you are naked and being naked for the freedom it gives you tends to lessen ones "sexual" view of being naked. The comment of "Mall Cop being naked".... if that person wanted to be naked and was around others that were naked for the freedom of it then it would be just fine. I have watched the NEWT (Naked European Walking Tour) videos on You Tube and there are all sorts of ages, sizes, and shapes there. All enjoying being naked.

I think if you are worried or feel that a large guy naked will be gross, you are missing the point. Now if you equate being naked with the potential arousal it brings then I can see the point.

For me I just like being naked around the house and working in my backyard gardening naked.
