nail biters?

I dropped this habit long ago. Can't remember exactly when. But I do remember biting my nails a lot when I was in kindergarten. Now they are so hard, I'd chip my teeth in them. Maybe this was the reason for giving up this habit, I don't know... I'm not biting anything else though. No pencils... nothing.

 

i bite my nails all the time. i have since i was like 10. i hate it. but i cant stop!
i also bite the skin around them. im really ashamed of it actually. when im doing things over a counter, things like that, i make sure i hide them.
