My Views On Charlie Kirk.

...trying to recruit the next generation of racist pricks. I ran across one of his broadcasts on the radio (South Carolina, of course) I could not believe what was coming out of his head.

 

I just read a news blurb that's pointing the finger at Democrats for this guy's death and Trump and his cronies are doing everything they can think of to make him a martyr to his cause. I wouldn't put it past them to have martyred the man to support Trump's agenda.

I can't get in trouble with my employer... because I'm retired. He didn't deserve to die but someone thought he did and killed him.

 

The guy they have in custody is from a very right wing conservative family but the media is doing everything they can to make it sound like he isn't so their base can keep the delusion alive that he was on the left. Apparently, recently Charlie Kirk has been going a bit against the Trump status quo, he had been becoming anti Israel and getting loud about demanding the Epstein files. The right is splitting, on one side are the loyalists to Trump and on the other are those(who are still not left by any means) who are starting to see him for what he is.

 

To be honest....coming from nl..........no clue who this guy was, now i do((social) media)...............*sigh*

What surprises(and worries) me,is how much people/youth(nl/eu) here are getting worked up about this....left/right idiocracy(interwebz/boxes)

The Republicans better be careful about vendettas. The left needs a martyr or two. Let's not forget Luigi Mangione...

Two wrongs won't make this right for anybody.

Guess this solves two big problems for Trump and the Republicans. It gives them an unlimited new source of scapegoats (the 40% of Americans who are "left wing").

Second it distracts, if only for a couple of days from the Epstein files, which may still bring down some of these holier than thou Republicans including their dear leader.

Oh, Putin may have lost a big asset in Kirk, but right now he's laughing his ass off at how this is tearing apart the country (as he prepares to invade Poland)

I didn't know who he was either until all this but apparently he was influencing many many young people to be ultra right wing conservatives, specialty white, college boys. He wanted them to believe women should be subservient to them, that guns matter more than people and that victims of rape should be forced to carry a resulting pregnancy to term, among other things.

 

At least Charlie Kirk would be happy to know it was a qualified White man and not a DEI hire.

I didn't know who he was. Read a lot of the stuff that they were saying about him online. People gnashing their teeth and tearing their hair out over a guy who was pouring them the hateful Kool-Aid and they were drinking it like it was nectar. I'd never wish someone to die but I was wonder what he did for this country that he got flown home on Air Force 2 with the vice-president and... lowering the flags for a racist? Maybe Trump had him martyred for his cause? If we keep letting this shit happen, we will be so far in his shit that we will not be able to get out of it.

I guess he became a victim of his own hate-laden rhetoric...

 

He's gonna do what now? Who said liberals had anything to do with this death? How's that Second Amendment working now? Declaring war on our First Amendment right to free speech? Does he even have a clue of how he sounds?

 

That is a fucking sick and twisted thing to do. Everyone has the right to their own opinion and you can't force people to feel and react the way you want them to. None of those people committed any crime just for speaking about what they think or feel, regardless of whether anyone thinks it is morally wrong.

Ironically, Charlie Kirk himself did not believe in empathy, he thought it was made up and damaging but all his defenders are expecting everyone to have empathy for him.

 

This is fucking insane...

 

So, let me see if I have this right. The late Charlie Kirk could say anything he wanted to and no matter how offensive it was to others but no one has the right to, sorry to say, be exuberant about his death and speaking their minds about his passing? So, the solution is to declare war on our right to free speech because what's being said about the late Charlie Kirk isn't even close to being in line with Trump's rhetoric?

Does he see what he's doing? Does MAGA have any friggin' idea that their outrage further destroys America? Besides, history has taught us that anyone who invokes God and the Old Testament isn't the good thing they'd want us to believe it is. I find it ironic that a man who supposedly believed that the Second Amendment was a God-given right (it wasn't) and who believed that gun violence against others - that would be anyone who didn't believe the way he (and those like him) do - had his life taken by someone who was, supposedly, exercising their Second Amendment right.

And it stinks that when that Democratic woman and her husband were killed, no one raised a stink about it like they're doing now.

 

I have no sympathy or empathy for him. This was the most on the nose karmic moment I've seen in a while.

 

Funny how in America, karma often takes the form of bullets from a gun...

Will it soon be AI drones chasing people down? Why bother with the national guard? You can now have drones id and wipe out those pesky immigrants without leaving the office or your bedroom! Just chase them down and boom! All your problems are solved.

 

Aside from the reaffirmation that these people really are as hateful and violent as they appear to be, I think that the most valuable lesson learned from Kirk's murder is how the Fascists reflexively tipped their hand; when they get their Reichstag Fire, we now know exactly who they will be coming after.

 

The was a statement in a local news article that Kirk recently bought a $4.75 million home in 'upscale' neighborhood (i.e. Paradise Valley, AZ or equivalent). It also accused him of multiple cases of financial funny business. How does a 31-year old afford an almost $5 million dollar property without ripping off his disciples and/or committing fraud?
