yeah.. one of them (they keep switching them) told me "i don't care even if you get a 215, i don't want you smoking" i really hope he gets a migraine.
nah drinking just makes me sick. my uterus decided to open the flood gate while i was asleep.. told you it hates me.
it doesn't matter what he wants. the law is the law. remind him that the two of you live in a Republic, and the people have spoken on the matter. at the same time, present him with a doctors note and copies of the proposition, and the Bill of Rights. then tell him to have a nice day.
maybe you should come with me... cus i'm kinda.. uuhh dumb.. and get tongue tied and stuff and panic.. and forget things. and and and and and... they've never drug tested me...
look, it is not a dictatorship. the reason he doesn't *want* you to, is because he knows he doesn't have the legal framework to prevent you from doing so and he wants to intimidate you into submission. worst case scenario, you piss dirty, present the documentation required under prop. 215, and they charge you anyway. then it gets thrown out in court. but it would never get to that point anyway if you simply assert your rights, and let them know you are aware of these rights if questioned. just because law enforcement doesn't like a law, does not mean they ultimately won't have to respect it.
nowhere in prop. 215 does it say the umbrella of legal protection falls short of people on probation or parolees. I'll have to do some research, but I am 99% sure the courts are unable to interfere in matters between you and your doctor. this issue included.
hhhmmm i just looked over the terms and conditions again. it says that i can't have any type of 'drugs' unless i have a prescription for them. doesn't say i can't have marijuana, specifically, anywhere. also says i'm supposed to go to NA meetings and not associate with known drug addicts... uuumm i can't do both!
medical marijuana patients are not automatically drug addicts. and certainly not to the degree of all the legal, psychiatric drug patients that likely make up an NA meeting. just my opinion.
exactly. i am NOT a drug addict... i smoked marijuana for my migraines, mystery body pains.. and pms. i have no real desire to do other drugs.. even though the calms of lsd to help migraine sufferers is tempting. i'd rather have marijuana. when i was FOUR years old.. a doctor recommended that my parent smoke and blow it in my face for the migraines.
you just have to do what you feel is right, follow your own conscience. I can tell you that you are the one with the ultimate legal standing in this situation, assuming you get a doctor's note. I can't tell you that you won't have to fight for that right, or deal with some degree of legal bullshit over it, though.
