is out again. fuck I'm starting to hate this company. Except their techs are really helpful, just the machines break down all the fucking time. ARRRG. At least my internet isn't down as well

well the love of my life is ON the interenet, and often thats the only way for me to communicate with her, so, im kinda in the same boat. excpet when it comes down to it, the love of my life is tangible.
hah... stupid freakin company. I tried calling their lines to see if maybe there's an automated response that would be helpful, and I let it ring for nearly 5 full minutes before I realized the dumbasses are closed and are incapable of mentioning their business hours. And their website doesn't have any faq's about the tv service, just a couple dozen pages on how to navigate their website. jeeez internet will be ok for now... it's worst when the tv, internet and phones all die, that irritates me to no end. Having the power go out just makes me wanna sleep, all the other stuff makes me angry and rageful and have to vent at people (like you wonderful folks)
