My thoughts on sexual activities

Most of my life I have been faithful but I can't stop thinking about my actions when it comes to video chat chats and any kind of video conversation. I have to get undressed as or before my video meeting or calls it's gotten so bad that when I see my self on any kind of video like store security surveillance. It's not a joke I can't go to my Dr's appointment because it's a video meeting and I don't want any trouble but last visit I was undoing my clothes and she didn't notice it. To close for comfort, do you have any ideas on what I should do about my next appointment. I'm not sure I will be able to make it again.
