I disagree as well (and I am also a Mod.) There is no SPAM coming from Mui on this. Is he trying to bilk you out of your money or sell you some nutritional supplements? No, no spam. In his own weird way, the dude (mui) has a damn good point, as well.
Mui, A. You're delusional, and you obviously harbor a lot of hate for America. No matter what we do, or who is in charge, this country can do no good in your delusional, bitter mind. B. That two-headed baby looks a bit too Asian for me to believe it's an Iranian baby. C. Michael Moore called. He wants his schtick back.
The vast, vast majority of terrorists in the world are Muslim. Yes, there are other psychotic groups like FARC, the IRA, and the ELF, but none of them have the scope or membership of al-Qaeda. Muslims ARE more likely to be terrorists or sympathize with terrorists than others.
I once read a statistic that said that Muslim terrorist groups have claimed responsibility for something like 27,000 acts of terrorism around the world since 1975. We're not just talking about the World Trade Center, Beslam, The USS Cole, and Madrid, but the countless market bombings, bus bombings, embassy bombings, and beheadings that happen all over the muslim world. I don't think that the IRA or the ELF can come anywhere close to that.
Your response would indicate otherwise. Never assume anything or you simply make an ASS out of U and ME If a person chooses to vent frustration in a non-violent way on a message board then so be it. If you don't agree with the sentiment then simply say so in a civilized manner or pass the entire situation by. Any attempt to suppress the basic rights of another human being is counter productive and therefore, a waste of time.
Delusional ??? How so ??? And, in what relatinship to this thread do you say Mui is delusional ??? Hate is a rather large word to use, even if it is only four letters. One can harbor hate for what is being done, but this does not imply hate for America. One can have feelings of displeasure for who or what is doing that which deserves hate, without hating the entity represented by the one being hated ... for instance, hating Bush does not mean hating America, or hating the actions of Bush does not always imply hating Bush. Just because Mui has brought to the attention the atrocities of one man under the guise of a group of others, does not imply hatred for the entire entity ... merely hatred for the actions of others which lead to the atrocities. IMO, we have war-mongers in our country, who thrive and live on the killings, slaughters and violence, and who will perpetuate it at the cost of the youth of America rather than seeking and implementing peace and non-violence. IMO ... Darrell
yes, and how can you accuse mui of hating america when you clearly have worse feelings towards muslims in general. Do you hate muslims? I think we and our enemy are not so different, neither side is officially fighting for religeon, but they both use religeon as a rallying cry. You cannot deny that just as they use their religeon to rally, our side is deeply driven by the belife that christianity should spread, if you think not, you must not have really payed atention to almost any speach bush has given. Both sides think that they are doing good, but are foolishly useing misguided violence, because they are being directed to by leaders who actually are motivated by self richous greed. And improtantly, both the american millitary and the terrorists as a whole are only a small part of the people of the united states and of muslims respectively, and if the people who know better in those masses respectivly would do something about it, and stop seing eachother as one faceless mass, the killing on both sides could end.
