Constantly challenge what you believe. Try to prove yourself wrong. It might just be the only thing you can prove sometimes.
I feel like I do that everyday. Specifically lately, I've been thinking about the people who've been closest to me and how I have handled those relationships. Sometimes I have found that the emotions I may have been holding on to were wrong, and sometimes they were right. Particularly when it came to dumping one of my friends, I've tried to look at it from different angles, but frankly it was a good idea. I should've done it sooner.
can't tell everyone everything, I have a hard enough time figuring it out in my own mind. thankfully they can't read my mind.
Always thought that date format retarded, month, day year. Should be smallest to largest, day, month, year 16/12/13
Never underestimate the power of a thought left unsaid...which is something I should consider before posting threads like this.
in countries that use day/month/year, is it typically verbalized as "16th of december, 2013?" in the US, it's usually said as "december 16th, 2013." i'm just wondering if maybe we use the order we do because we're basing it on the verbalization, or if we just do everything backwards datewise. i know, i could google it, but it's really no more than my random thought for 12/17/13.
I'm pretty sure we just do everything backwards. Like...who is the last country to adopt the metric system?
