im about 6 ft. tall and 140 and i eat all the time. tolerance still low. im going to enjoy it while i can. good times:H
i have such a slow metabolism. I excercise for a few hours everyday and eat an average portion of healthy food to stay fit. If I changed this at all i would be really heavy.
One of my current problems is that I eat way too much food going to sleep. I have bad sleep then, and I wake up in the morning taking some of the largest shits ive ever seen, numerous times. Litterally like three feet of poop within the first hour of waking up. Not sure how unhealthy that is. I have a very fast metabolism too. I have a feeling as you get older, it starts to get slower.
